Our parish was founded in the year 1921 and will be celebrating a Centennial Anniversary in the year 2021. Centennial Committee parish members; Deacon Shaun Boyce, Mike Bozyczko, Kimberly Bubb, Dora Carbone, Loretta Freire, Salena Gray, Warren Grunbok, Andrew Heaton, Betty Lane, John Lentz, Josephine Libroso, Judianne Middlebrook, Tim Middlebrook, Gary Privratsky and Eoin Wrafter, are currently making preparations for this historic milestone event. We are asking you for your support to be a part of the collectible Centennial Program booklet, by sharing copies of your memorable snapshots of special events that you and your families have attended here at Holy Trinity Church. Since our parish's inception on June 15th, 1921, many weddings, baptisms, First Holy Communions, Confirmations, school graduations, CYO sporting events, concerts, spring festivals, pancake suppers, parish picnics and appreciation dinners have set off a good number of flashbulbs. We are only asking that your snapshots be either brought to the Church Rectory during office hours, where Diana will scan them, or you can email your scanned .jpg (j‐peg) or .pdf formatted images to [email protected] Along with each snapshot or image submitted, please include a caption describing the event and year. Names are optional. All images with captions will be entered into the Centennial Program in chronological order. Our Centennial Committee member, Choir member and Chef extraordinaire, Loretta Freire, is collecting your favorite meal and dessert recipes for the Holy Trinity Parishioner's Commemorative Cookbook. You can email your recipes to Loretta ([email protected]). The Centennial Committee is also planning the Centennial “Kickoff” Dinner, to be held on September 20, 2020. This event will be a memorable fun‐filled evening of dancing to a live band. Tickets will have to be purchased for this event. Check the weekly bulletin for more event dates leading up to the Culmination Mass at which His Eminence, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, will be in attendance here at Holy Trinity Church on Sunday, June 13th, 2021. Thank you.
